Our turnaround time is 1-24 hours after the purchase is made. (Normally, our turnaround time is even faster than this! If we don’t meet the 24-hour window, you will be refunded and given the cover art for free!)

Our covers are delivered 3000x3000px 300DPI JPG files. This is the highest quality standard for submitting for streaming. You may request other formats if needed.

Yes! You can send us the font you would like for us to use on your cover for no extra charge.

Our exclusive designs are only sold once. Our pre-made designs are sold multiple times with different variations. If you would like to purchase a pre-made design exclusively please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page (this is only available for pre-made designs that have not been sold yet).

Sorry but this is not possible as each cover is edited to fit your custom needs. We have provided samples of what your cover will look like on each product page.
